We're passionate farmers with a focus on ecological and sustainable practices and are dedicated to creating a range of premium quality, artisan produce that doesn't cost the earth.

We began producing our Open Range eggs in 2016. Sold across the region, Topi Open Range eggs fast became a favourite of locals and visitors alike.

In 2017, we became authorised Sommerlad Farmers and established a flock of these award winning slow growing Australian heritage chickens that we supplied exclusively to Feather and Bone in Marrickville, Sydney.

In 2018, we became authorised Joyce Gold Farmers and established a flock of these award winning slow growing Australian heritage chickens and that we supply to Mr Baillie & Co in Rozelle and Kingsmore Meats in Rose Bay in Sydney.

Farm to Fridge

In 2018 Farm to Fridge was born – our online farm store and delivery service for all Topi Open Range products and other like-minded local producers, sold and delivered locally across the NSW Mid-North Coast region.

The future of Topi

We are focused on maintaining our reputation as an ecologically sustainable producer who cares deeply about animal welfare and the excellence of our produce.

The launch of Farm to Fridge marks the beginning of an exciting new era for Topi, with many innovative, ethical and Open Range projects planned for the future.

The Great Lakes Food Trail

Finding ourselves amongst a group of amazing producers who are committed to the humane production of wholesome food, we decided to establish The Great Lakes Food Trail. The trail aims to connect local and ethical producers with our community.

Whether it’s freshly grown produce, craft beer, fine wines, seafood, sweet treats or other bounties of the region, The Great Lakes Food Trail is an easy to follow route, visiting local farms, breweries and vineyards.
